I would love to apply. What do I need to join?

First and foremost, your passion! Just sign up- it’s free- and make sure that your profile plays to your strengths and includes everything that would make people want to hire you. One thing: you need to be over eighteen.

Do I have to pay to join the platform?

No, Joboundu is completely free to join. The only amount we charge is a 13% commission fee upon booking. Otherwise, it’s free to set up your profiles and upload photos or videos to the site.

Do I need a professional portfolio?

Yes: to join Joboundu you need at least one professional headshot. Without this it will much harder to be booked or taken seriously as an actor or model. If you haven’t got a headshot, you can start by asking a friend to take a headshot for you: simple on a plain background.

We can also arrange to take your first headshot: just message us at info@joboundu.com. We can take a headshot for you or arrange for a professional photographer to come in.

What do I include in my Resume?

Any professional credits that you have that are relevant to the profile that you are creating- whether it is Commercial Acting, Voice Over work, Photography or Editorial Modelling! List the most professional jobs that you have done so far.

I want to be a model/ talent but I don’t have enough professional experience to put on my portfolio. What should I do?

If you do not have professional material, don’t sign just yet! Please come back after you’ve gained some training and experience in the industry. We’ll be ready to accept you once you’re sure Joboundu is the right place for you!

Do I need a show reel?

If you’re an actor, then it is highly recommended that you have one- our clients have told us that they would like to see one when browsing for actors- along with any other photographs that are tailored to your profile.

Do I need an audio reel?

If you’re a voice-over actor, we strongly recommend that you upload one, as this is where you showcase your strengths and clients can book you directly from it!

I have an agent. Can I still join Joboundu?

Yes, of course you can! Becoming a part of joboundu.com will help you gain more exposure for you and your agent.

How do I create a profile on Joboundu?

What size should the photos I upload be?

Each picture you upload should have a maximum size of 10MB, and you can upload up to ten pictures for each profile.

How many photos and videos can I upload on my profiles?

You can upload ten photographs, one showreel and one audioreel.

I am based outside of the UK: can I still create a profile?

Yes you can still create a profile with Joboundu: the platform is open to clients worldwide.

What is the minimum basic studio fee that I can set on my profile?

The minimum is £100 a day, however you can also charge more depending on your personal basic studio fees and experience.

Should I add my location to my profile?

Yes, you should! By doing this we can match you more closely with clients, as many look for talents that are based within a certain area.
